What areas in Bangladesh do you deliver to?
We deliver to all major cities and districts across Bangladesh including Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barisal, and Rangpur.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package through the courier's website or mobile app.
What if I'm not available during delivery?
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you're not available, they may leave the package with a neighbor or at a nearby pickup point.
Do you offer express delivery?
We offer standard delivery through our courier partners. Express delivery options may be available through the courier services directly.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
Please contact us immediately at support@herocosmetics.com with photos of the damaged package. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
