What types of damage are covered?

We cover damage caused during shipping such as crushed packaging, broken products, or products that arrived in unusable condition. We do not cover damage from customer use, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

What if I miss the 24-hour window?

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for damaged products reported after 24 hours from delivery. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

How long does the exchange process take?

Once your claim is approved, we'll send a replacement product within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number for the replacement shipment.

Do I need to return the damaged product?

Yes, please keep the damaged product and packaging until our team confirms receipt of your claim. We'll provide return instructions once your exchange is approved.

What if the replacement arrives damaged too?

While rare, if your replacement arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for another replacement or alternative solution.

Can I exchange for a different product?

Exchanges are only provided for the same product that was damaged. We do not offer exchanges for different products or sizes at this time.
